Beyond Impostor

Leading Without Needing Permission, Praise, or Proof

Using Improvisational Leadership Practices

COMPLIMENTARY VIRTUAL WORKSHOP

Thursday, March 26th

12:00 PM – 1:30 PM PT (3:00 PM – 4:30 PM ET)

Facilitated by Dr. Farnaz

Are you successful on the outside yet still experience a quiet sense of self-doubt or disconnection in your leadership? This workshop is for leaders who want to define success from within and lead with greater clarity, ease, and internal authority.

Are you a capable leader who still experiences nagging self-doubt?

This is not a sign that something is missing. It is often the result of leading in environments where there is no script, no certainty, and no guarantee of reassurance.

As a high-achieving leader myself, I know how easy it is to second-guess yourself even when you are capable and trusted.

In this workshop, we will use improvisational leadership practices to say “yes” to what is present, including self-doubt, and “and” to what needs to happen next so you can lead with greater clarity, confidence, and internal authority.

What This Workshop Is About

Beyond Impostor uses improvisational leadership practices to help leaders work with self-doubt rather than fight it.

As responsibility grows, leaders are asked to act without a script. This session reframes impostor feelings not as a confidence problem, but as a signal that authority has shifted outward and shows how to return it inward through presence, adaptability, and self-trust.

By participating in this workshop, you will discover how to:

  • Work With Self-Doubt

Why impostor feelings show up as responsibility grows. Learn how to acknowledge self-doubt without fighting it. Practice moving forward with clarity using Yes And.

  • Build Internal Authority

Through reflection and conversation, you’ll identify where you’ve been outsourcing authority and practice leading without permission, praise, or proof.

  • Celebrate Mistakes

Celebrate mistakes as evidence that you are taking action and use them for learning. Build resilience through adaptability and the concept of “close enough” instead of perfection.

  • Lead With Presence

Loosen self-judgment while staying grounded in responsibility. Learn to take your work seriously without taking yourself so seriously. Lead with steadiness in uncertain situations.

Space is limited to 15 participants - Registration is required
